Something wrong with me

Why do my moods crash so suddenly and completely these days? Plus, I've gone back to sleeping like crap - I'm exhausted all the time. Something's wrong with me and I don't know how to fix it. Well, I have an idea or two, but nothing I can implement. Ever.

I've never actually commissioned a piece of art before, although I've been fortunate enough to have a few very generous people offer to draw me. Anyway, a friend of mine from Second Life has a style I like, so I asked her to draw me. Last night she finished her preliminary sketch and gave me permission to post it.
