I used to believe in meritocracy. Boy was I wrong.

I thought I could just put my head down and do great work and the world would notice.

Now, with AI coming for our creative jobs, if I keep “letting the work speak for itself” Gold Front might just go under.

So in 2025 I'm singing my own damn praises a little more.

And pulling back the curtain on my quest to make Gold Front the greatest agency in the world.

Here’s my plan for how to win on LinkedIn and drive new business.

I’m not posting on LinkedIn because I love attention.

I’m here because it’s the best way I know to drive awareness for Gold Front - and it’s all organic. We spend $0 on paid media.

Evangelize a new and better way for our customers to reach their audacious goals - we call it a category design studio.

Teach category strategy and brand design by giving away our best tools for free.

Showcase our best work and customer outcomes.

↳ 𝟯. 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗹𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗱𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻.

An interested prospect - who knows and likes my pitch - converts to a paid customer faster and more often than the average prospect.

↳ 𝟰. 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿.

I get a lot of customer feedback from my posts here. Build that into our product to make it better. Deliver even more value.

↳ 𝟱. 𝗜𝗻𝘃𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗳𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁, 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗚𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗙𝗿𝗼𝗻𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗮𝗺𝗼𝘂𝘀.

And do it all over again.

The biggest downside is, it takes 25 hours a week to be great at content.

Most agency founders will not do this. They’ll say they’re too busy to spend this much time on content.

And that’s what I’m banking on.

They zig. I zag.
