overlake.bio is a research initiative and think tank. We use agentic AI and biomolecular tools across a multi-project pipeline: optimizing human physiology for space travel, enzyme engineering for enhanced collagen turnover, building the extracellular matrix aging atlas, and investigating stochastic ribosome modifications in proteostasis loss.
The overarching objective is healthy lifespan extension and resilience under extreme conditions through comprehensive data analysis, theoretical exploration, and generative design.
