OSS Client is a program for unlocking mobile phones and modems. It supports a variety of devices from Alcatel, Avvio, BlackBerry, Doro, Gtran, Huawei, Mojo, Motorola, Samsung, Sony Ericsson, etc. After running this program, simply select the device manufacturer and the model number; you can see the various unlock methods. This tool can also repair IMEI numbers and create unlock codes for mobile phones.
It lets you communicate with an emulator instance or connected Android device.
