Extensions become unclickable after a while

After some time (unclear how long, possibly after my Mac wakes up from sleep), extensions become unclickable. Specifically, uBlock Origin and Proton Pass stop working, although Kagi Privacy Pass still does.

The expectation is that popup windows for each extension should appear after a click.

Does restarting the app fix this, or does it require a full system reboot? I've come across a problem where certain macOS system buttons -- including Shut Down... -- simply don't work after a while. Like you, it's "unclear how long, possibly after my Mac wakes up from sleep". I'm curious if this bug is somehow related.

This just happened again on Orion 148-rc after a period of normal browsing.

Just to add on to this, for me it seems to be related to extensions that show some kind of pop-up window when clicked. For example, Proton Pass (which shows a window with my saved items) and Ublock (which shows the on/off control) when clicked don't work, but extensions that use the toolbar button itself as an on/off toggle still behave as expected.

Also, when browsing with multiple Orion windows open, sometimes it will affect one but not the other, in which case closing/reopening the affected window seems to fix it. But I haven't noticed a consistent pattern with this (sorry...)
