relevant: suspending tabs, low power mode
When any tab has fullscreen media open, then gets suspended (manually or by low power mode), the tab will become completely unresponsive when opened again, even when reloaded.
Steps to replicate (clean Orion profile)
- go to a site with media that can be full screened (Youtube is easiest)
- fullscreen the media
- go back and open a new tab without closing the full screened media
- manually suspend the tab playing the media
- go back to the suspended tab
(if using low power mode instead, just keep the media open and wait for the tab to be suspended)
tabs should not break in this way
