New Password and Account Creation Broken

When I create a new account on a site, the password manager seems to be broken. The suggest password dialogue comes up and suggests a password successfully, but it does not save it. This leads to randomly-generated passwords that are completely unrecoverable if they are not manually copied and pasted into a new saved password in the password manager.

I've tried compatibility mode and multiple different websites' account creation dialogues. I have not yet tested for the bug on mobile.

My email should be auto-populated in the email field.
The auto-generated new password should be saved in the password manager with the website, username, and new password.

I tested it on mobile, and a different although equally frustrating issue seems to arise: the suggest password dialogue appears and generates a password, but it is then immediately removed from the input box when I submit the form.

Same issue with macOS Sequoia also similar issues on some sites with iOS.

Not sure make a new post but Apple Pay broken also (not sure how to post without private information though).
