How do I receive payments for online bookings?

In order to enable payments you need to set up one of the available payments gateways. Orioly currently supports PayPal, Braintree, MercadoPago, Mollie, Payyo and Stripe.

The pricing for the packages does not include payment gateway fees. However, you can transfer this cost to your customer by setting up a reservation fee.

The choice is yours, you can decide to cover that cost but you can also incorporate this fee into your customers booking cost by setting up a reservation fee.

How does the Orioly onboarding process look like?

The onboarding process for Orioly is designed to get you up and running with all the tools and knowledge you need for success. Once you have decided to use Orioly, we will send you an invitation to access your onboarding checklist. Here’s an overview:

  • PHASE 1 - General Account Setup: This phase involves creating your account, setting up your goals, handling invoicing, ensuring GDPR compliance, and providing information about the payment gateway to integrate with Orioly.
  • PHASE 2 - Product and Resources Setup: We will ask you for details about your products, including titles, departure dates and times, prices, and more. Once we receive this information, you will be invited to a video call where we will add the products to Orioly together, as well as set up translations and resources.
  • PHASE 3 - Website Integration and Testing: After your products are set up, you will need to implement your booking widgets on your website. We will assist you with this. Once you confirm that the task is complete, we can schedule a test call to check if everything is functioning properly and ensure you are ready to launch your online sales
  • PHASE 4 - Congratulations! Your onboarding process is complete! However, this does not mean you are on your own. You will receive emails with helpful tips for using Orioly, and you will have permanent access to your onboarding checklist, along with bonuses such as interactive demos, marketing handbooks, paperwork templates, and a scheduler to arrange a one-on-one success call.
