Hold on icons

While normally I would be punching out as much icons as I could at this time, my computer has different ideas. My scratch disks are "full" in Photoshop, and so full that the program won't even initialize. I've tried deleting as many programs and files as I could that I don't use often enough that I would miss terribly, clearing my history and temporary internet files, and making sure all unnecessary programs aren't running when I try to open it. Any ideas on how I can find the actual scratch disks and clean them out would be EVER SO HELPFUL and rewarded with ICONS. I've already tried getting help from adobe.com but they only detail how to make "more" space for scratch disks when the program is already open.

To make matters more anti-iconish, school starts next week and between that and working my job, time for icons will be few and precious. As such, requests are now closed.
