Calisthenics park op X

ORAS is momenteel betrokken bij het creëren van een sport- en relaxruimte bij X in samenwerking met het sportcentrum en de TU Delft. ORAS zet zich hier actief voor in omdat wij vinden dat het bijdraagt aan een levendige campus, waar je altijd kan sporten en relaxen. Wij doen ons uiterste best om te zorgen dat het resultaat naar wens van de student is!

Schijnstudenten

ORAS is hard bezig om schijnstudenten op de kaart te zetten, door contact met studenten, specialisten en studieverenigingen. ORAS pleit daarnaast ervoor dat student-decanen, studieadviseurs and studentenpsychologen getraind worden in het herkennen van gedrags-patronen, en vooral dat zij empathisch en uitnodigend communiceren.

Hospiteren

DUWO is bezig met het opnieuw vormgeven van het hospiteerbeleid. Wij als ORAS zijn betrokken bij dit proces en vertegenwoordigen de belangen van de actieve student. Rond februari zullen we met DUWO in gesprek gaan om de gesprekken met stakeholders te analyseren en hier conclusies uit te halen. Dit wordt meegenomen bij het het nieuwe beleid.

Large format printing costs

ORAS conducted a survey to investigate how much money student spend on printing on large formats (A0-A3). Especially on IDE and Arch this is a big problem. With the results, we want to develop a checklist to make it cheaper for students to print on a large format.

AI beleid

Het is voor veel studenten nu onduidelijk wat de richtlijnen van de TU Delft zijn voor het gebruik van AI. Dit zou natuurlijk niet zo moeten zijn. ORAS is daarom actief bezig om ervoor te zorgen dat er een duidelijk AI beleid komt. Daarnaast willen we graag dat studenten ook gebruik kunnen maken van een AI tool die wordt aangeboden door de universiteit.

StOF (RPF) & tuition free boardyear

Sinds vorig jaar is de new StOF (RPF) arrangement afgerond. Verder onderzoeken we mogelijkheden voor een digitaal certificaat, waarmee de TU Delft officiële erkenning geeft aan studentbesturen en Dream Teams De communicatie rondom de nieuwe StOF regeling gaat nog niet goed, hier blijven we benadrukken dat dit sneller en duidelijker moet, vanuit de TU Delft.

Master theses

Master theses often run over time, and the supervision can sometimes be disappointing. About this topic, we held, as the Central Student Council, a survey with master students. We asked them about the pressure they feel during their thesis, how they experience the guidance and how long they take to finish their thesis.

Thanks to the ORAS, there are extra student psychologists. So you won't have to wait as long for an appointment!

Thanks to ORAS, the "Are you OK? - campaign has come to Delft! This is how we work towards a student community that looks out for each other.

Thanks to ORAS, 35 thousand euros are available annually for study and student associations to organise welfare-related activities!

TU Delft produces a lot of waste every year. Thanks to ORAS, there are now bins all over the campus where you can separate your waste!

Thanks to ORAS, free menstrual products are available at every service counter for emergencies!

Since 2023, ORAS, together with a number of student associations and the GreenTU, has been organising the campus-wide GreenWeek! A week full of fun activities about sustainability.

Thanks to ORAS, the MyTUDelft app makes it easy to find your timetable and all your grades.

Thanks to ORAS, you can always print sustainably on campus. We are also working on climate-neutral printing!

In the UB, thanks to ORAS, you will find a VR zone. Here you can work on cool VR projects!

In 2022, ORAS organised StudentDoet for the first time in collaboration with SVD. On this day, there are many volunteer activities and a benefit concert.

Wat ORAS betreft moet je kunnen studeren wanneer je maar wilt. Daarom heeft ORAS XXL openingstijden!

Thanks to ORAS, you can follow inter-city minors. In these minors, you also apply knowledge from Leiden and Rotterdam!

Thanks to ORAS, you get your board months paid out even during your board years, when you need them most!

Thirsty? Thanks to ORAS, there are water taps all over campus!

Thanks to ORAS, you can always watch your lectures back on Collegerama.

Hungry? Thanks to ORAS and STIP, there is a SPAR on campus. In the future, we want a big supermarket on campus.

When can I vote?

Op 14 en 15 mei 2025 kan er gestemd worden op de Centrale Studentenraad.

How can I vote?

Je kan online stemmen via vote.tudelft.nl door in te loggen met je NetID! Dit duurt slechts 30 seconden.

Why should I vote?

It is important to vote! The more students who vote, the more support we will have towards the Executive Board. This way, we can represent you (the students) better and get our points through more easily. It's basically the same as national elections.
