Onzane is the app that you can use for free so that you can experience the day-to-day life of your Community of Neighbours. Among other features, it allows you to:
- Access documentation: it offers a public and a private repository for each neighbour where all the Community documents can be stored, such as rules, insurance policies, meeting minutes, etc.
- Receive communications: the Property Manager or the President can send communications to all neighbours, who will receive a notification on their mobile phones with the notice and will be able to view them, with their attached documents.
- Make Reservations: neighbours can reserve the common areas of the Community in accordance with the rules of the same. The schedule of the facilities can be configured for each day of the week, make blocks, allow reservations with or without capacity, maximum reservations per day or during the days in advance, pay per reservation, etc. It is so flexible that it even allows the reservation of facility resources (divisions of the same, for example tables in a room) individually.
- Manage Incidents: neighbours can report incidents that occur in the community to the Administration, adding photos and videos along with the text. These incidents can change status and will finally be resolved, with the neighbour who opened it receiving notifications on their mobile of each change.
- Conduct Surveys and Votes: it is possible to configure a survey to find out the opinion of the neighbours. Single and multiple surveys can be defined, for example to decide the colour to paint the façade, or the opening date of the pool in summer.
- Manage Access Control: you can use digital and physical keys to open and close community doors from the app, including its common facilities.
- Establish a Forum: a place where neighbours can add notices, requests or other communication needs, always prioritising their privacy, without having to provide personal information such as telephone numbers.
- Manage Budgets: for common expenses, neighbours can provide individual offers that will reach the administration in a transparent manner.
- Perform Procedures: the most common procedures of a Community in a simple way. Change the account number, or contact details, request certificates or ask for permits, in a single place, with notifications on the mobile phone, of their status.
- Package Management: in those Communities where there are concierges who can receive packages, they can notify the neighbors through a notification on their mobile phones that packages have arrived at their property that they must pick up.
- Show Contacts: in a single place all the useful information for the neighbors appears, with contact phone numbers and emails. For example, the data of the concierge, maintenance people, emergency services, etc.
All these functionalities are designed for life in a Community, taking into account issues such as these:
- Wallet for each property, which neighbors can recharge with their community fee or using a bank card, and allows them to pay for the use of facilities or any other service provided by the Community.
- Neighbours manage themselves in each property, they can create other owners, cohabitants and tenants who are assigned to their property and share the resources of the same, such as reservations or the wallet.
- Privacy: no personal data is shown in the App, and other neighbours do not have to know the phone number or name of the rest.
- Tenant control: permissions can be established at the Community level on the functions that tenants can access.
- Multi-language: the app allows you to easily change your language.
- Time zone: it takes into account possible time zone differences to establish dates and times.
