Last night I watchd Robin Hood (and the Chldren in Need special on Friday omg so cute!), Music and Lyrics which was awesome - I LOVE Drew Barrymore and Hugh Grant, and 1X03 and 1X04 of Gossip Girl (yeah, OK, I am behind with the times!) Anyway, 1X03 made me cry, at the end when Blair read Serena the letter, that coupled with the fact that I'd just been listening to Run by Snow Patrol had me bawling, and I don't know why. Lol.

Anyway, I have icons. Just 16, alas.

What is wrong with me? Why do I do it?

Ugh, there is just something about me and public transport. I don't mind standing up on buses but seriously, some people just get me so riled up!
So I was standing, talking to my friend on the bus home from school and there was a girl stood behing me who just kept banging in to me purposefully, so I was just like WTF? but decided to ignore her.
And then she and the girl behind her started talking about one of my friends, so I just sort of turned round and glared at them. One of the girls said (and I quote)
"You're rate not happy, are you?" I was like, just piss off and speak proper English, but managed to ignore them still.
So then the girl who had been banging into me started asking if I was in her year (I am), and then this other girl who is about 5 (I exaggerate; she's 12) came out of NOWHERE and said
"Oh yeah, she goes to my dancing. She doesn't try."
I wish I could say that I was really eloquent and mature in my response, but that would be a lie. So I just turned round and said
"I went to your dancing. Get it right, love. And the reason I don't try is the little pricks like you, running around with your heads stuck up your arses, being completely incompetent at French and therefore not knowing what the hell you are attempting to do with your feet. That is also partially why I left."

OK so the only bit I actually said was "I went to your dancing. Get it right, love." But I really felt like saying the rest.

So, when I was trying to get off at my stop I had to go past the sniggering lot of idiots, and accidentally stood on one girl's foot. Yes, despite how much I wanted to punch them all, it was genuinely an accident. So when she began to protest, most loudly and obnoxiously, i turned to her and said
"Sorry, love, but this is a crowded bus. DEAL WITH IT!"

I don't know what's wrong with me. Firstly, I was being so aggressive, and secondly, I used the word "love" twice in about a minute. I NEVER, in verbal speech, use the word "love" (in that context). Ever.

Must be that time of the month.

Oh yes, and on a lighter note, Happy Birthday, maree_xstar! Hope you have a better day than I did.

I already know there's a girl called Ruby who may or may not be evil, but that's it. And they've even stopped the Season 2 reruns on ITV! So I'm bidding on the Season 1 boxset on eBay, but I'll get outbid. I always do. How embetant, as le French say.

Hey guys, I bring you.... a tutorial! It's my first one, so hope it makes sense and that you like it.

Other examples:

1. Take your base.
I duplicated mine and set it to Screen, 33%.

2. Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Hue/Saturation
Master - 0,30,0
Reds - 0,31,0

3.Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Selective colour
Reds - 22,26,0,16
Magentas - 22,29,0,0
Neutrals - 23,0,-16,17

4.New Layer. Fill with #35CFF0. Set to Colour Burn, 20%.

5.Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Curves.
Red: Input:134 Output:156
Blue: Input:165 Output:163

6.New Layer. Fill with #F556A9. Set to Saturation 33%.

This is so unfair. Go to http://streetcarcircus.net and see what Sarah has to say. Read the article linked there. Some person is trying to pin a virus she got on Sarah's apparently "malicious downloads", and has posted all Sarah's personal details online for the world to see.
Please, if you've ever downloaded anything from SC.net, file a rebuttal against this report. I don't know what good it will do, because apparently the guy who runs the site wants money to remove Sarah's details, but maybe, just maybe he might see sense enough just to remove her home address and phone number.

THE POTTEROCALYPSE IS ALMOST UPON US.
And OotP was actually quite good. I went to see it again last night and I think I enjoyed it more this time around because I was able to enjoy it as a movie, instead of going WTF? at every little thing that differed from the book. The little R/Hr moments were really cute, and I loved how Ron seemed suitably terrified when he should have been, like the little whimper when Hermione stunned him (lol) and running through the DoM shouting "Stupefy!"
I also noticed a few Neville/Luna moments in the Ministry, and although I don't support them as a pairing (I think Neville needs somebody a bit more stable and not as insane as Luna) I thought they were sweet.

Also, last night I had a dream about DH.
I was seeing it from Harry's point of view, and I got really stressed and just started AK'ing people at random. There was Draco trying to protect Voldemort, Voldemort trying to protect Snape, Snape was just standing there looking bored, and there was Lucius, who you would think would be trying to protect his son, but no, he was trying to find shelter because it was raining and he didn't want his hair to get wet. I ended up killing Voldy and Snape, and then this random Death Eater turned up claiming that I had AK'd him, but it had ricocheted off his belt buckle, causing it to stab him in the stomach, but there was no real harm done. So then everyone wanted to be my friend because Voldy was all dead, and I was like leader of the Universe or something. And I was like "No. Y'all killed my friends, remember?" but I can't remember who actualy died.

I'm scared now. In about a week, I will know everything that happens in Harry Potter. Scary thought, eh? I hope JKR doesn't disappoint and that she answers everything that needs to be answered, unlike A Series of Unfortunate Events, in which many mysteries were left unsolved. :(

Oh, yeah. Weather's crap. This is supposed to be summer. :(

I had a bit of a shock yesterday.
The rain was absolutely atrocious here yesterday and all parts of the county were flooded, so it took me about an hour to get home compared to the usual twenty minutes. Anyway, my sister called me on the way home to tell me she was stuck in traffic and that I'd have to let myself in. On the bus journey, we saw a road which had been completely shut because a lorry had collided with a man on a bike. It looked awful.
At about half past six, my sister still wasn't home, so I phoned her, and she sounded really upset. I asked her what was wrong and she said that one of my dad's friends had just died. I immediately thought of one of my old friend's dad, who has recently had cancer, and spent ages trying to get hold of her to find out.
However, when my sister eventually got home (at 9 o clock,) she told me that the man had been killed by his bike colliding with a lorry, and that it was such a shock because he had been on the radio all day, advertising Sea Cadets. It turned out that the accident I had seen on the way home had been that man. His bike was all mangled up, and his neck had been snapped. It sounded terrible, but he would have been paralysed had he survived.
I cried so much about that last night, but somehow I don't feel like I have the right to be that upset. I mean, the last time I spoke to him must have been about a year ago, but he used to be really good friends with my dad. They were in the navy together, and the police, and when my brother and I were little, he used to let us play on his police motorbike.
He was such a nice person, and he really didn't deserve to die, but then again not many people do. I just keep thinking of his family, his son's in the year below me at school and his daughter is friends with my best friend's sister. It's so sad. :(

And hence, new layout! I watched Chocolat at the weekend, and it was amazing. I was quite impressed, it was nothing to do with Johnny Depp's presence, it was still good before he turned up. But he did look gorgeous, so I can forgive him for the awful Irish accent.

Ah, sorry about the shite-ness of the colour scheme, if it's really annoying anybody please tell me! C+C appreciated. :D
