The Hamilton branch was founded in 1970 and covers the former County of Wentworth which includes the Townships of Ancaster, Barton, Binbrook, Beverly, Flamborough East, Flamborough West, Glanford, and Saltfleet. They hosted three conferences during its operation: in 1981, 1992, and 2011—the Ontario Ancestors’ 50th anniversary. The branch closed in 2024, and its affiliated website was consolidated into the main Ontario Ancestors site in 2025.
