Octane was built on the vision and leadership of four pioneering founders who have left an indelible mark on the technology and life sciences sectors:
- Dwight Decker, Former Chairman & CEO of Conexant Systems, Inc., brings a wealth of experience in semiconductor technology and telecommunications, driving innovation in complex system
- Jim Mazzo, Executive Chair of Neurotech, is a recognized leader in ophthalmology and medical devices, with a passion for advancing healthcare solutions.
- Michael A. Mussallem, Former Chairman & CEO of Edwards Lifesciences, has been at the forefront of life-saving innovations in heart valve technology, shaping the future of medical care.
- Tom Moebus, Former Vice Chancellor of UC Irvine; Founder & Principal of TenXGrow, has a track record of fostering business growth and innovation, with deep expertise in economic development.
- Matt Massengill, Current Chairman, Former President & CEO,Western Digital
