Walk-in Hours

For the Spring 2026 Semester, OCCL will have walk-in hours on Mondays & Wednesdays from 1pm to 4pm. Students can come in for maintenance issues, landlord disputes, brief lease reviews, assistance finding apartments, and more.

OCCL provides support to students residing in privately-owned apartments and homes.

Over 20,000 students choose to live in privately-owned apartments and homes throughout the Campustown district and surrounding communities. Whether you are living in the Campustown district or in the surrounding communities, you are considered to live "off-campus."
