Yes! Oboard can integrate with project management software you already use — like Jira, Salesforce, or Monday.com — but you can also use it as a standalone platform.

Can my team use different Oboard apps together?
Yes! All Oboard apps are integrated and share workspaces, OKRs, and other data. For example, you can create an OKR in the OKR Board for Jira, and that OKR will be seen and tracked by the members of the same workspace using OKR Board for Salesforce or Oboard OKR App.
To use an analogy, think of your OKR workspace as a room with multiple doors. Oboard’s OKR Apps are those doors — you can take whichever you like, but you will always arrive at the same destination.

If I use multiple Oboard apps, how is pricing calculated?
Oboard OKR App, OKR Board for Salesforce, and OKR Board for monday.com are priced according to the number of users using the app. For example, if your Salesforce instance has 2,000 users, but only 20 will be using Oboard — you only need to pay for those 20.
