San Diego, Calif. \u2013 October 10, 2024 \u2013\u00a0<\/strong>ObjectSecurity, a leader in solving complex, evolving defense and industrial cybersecurity and supply chain risk challenges, today announced that it has been selected for a Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) contract from the US Department of Defense (DoD) Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA).<\/p>\n

Based on the original solicitation entitled, \u201cApplication of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Science techniques to improve NL Data Management and Application Services<\/u>\u201d [1], the Phase II SBIR focuses on developing a next generation rapid application development platform and database management prototype integrated with intelligent cybersecurity protection measures, including an intelligent, self-learning cybersecurity control monitoring system prototype. As stated in the solicitation – \u201cNuclear Logistics Technical Division (NLT) is interested in developing a next generation rapid application development platform and database management prototype integrated with intelligent cybersecurity protection measures.\u201d [1]<\/p>\n

The project titled \u201cNLC-ADP (No\/Low-Code \u2013 Application Development Platform)<\/u>\u201d [2], carried out by ObjectSecurity LLC, aims for successful technology development, DTRA\/DoD fielding and commercialization that will result in addressing cybersecurity through low-code application development platform enhancements that will continually monitor the cyber-health of the application environment and alert system administrators as to anomalous conditions during Nuclear Logistics management. The project is tying AI\/ML, database management, and cybersecurity into a single solution and enabling the rapid development of applications for Nuclear Logistics data and systems [2].<\/p>\n

ObjectSecurity LLC will research and develop a number of innovative approaches including Machine Learning (ML), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Data Science (DS) services, as well as advanced binary analysis, to identify and alert cybersecurity vulnerabilities and anomalies, as well as operational anomalies, such as network, storage or processing issues before actual system failures occur.<\/p>\n
