Approach
With the Meublex ERP, we optimized information access for sales and logistics teams, thus improving customer service and returns management.
We created a seamless omnichannel experience, including tools such as BOPIS and appointment scheduling.
Finally, by placing inspiration at the heart of the customer journey, we transformed Magento into a platform that combines inspiring content with commercial efficiency.
