I cannot thank webhostpythons support team enough! Especially the computer herself Sophie V! She went above her pay grade to help my difficult self fix something that was stressing me out with my website. She needs a vacation to the USA on a Florida beach! And a generous raise!

WORST HOSTING COMPANY IN EXISTENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the worst hosting company we've ever experienced.

We have 12-24 hour downtimes at random.

Their latest gross negligence was changing the IP address of our server without any warning. This caused close to 60 websites to be down and costing thousands of dollars worth of extra work and lost client revenue.

They have also raised their prices over 200% in the last 3 years and then will gaslight you with emails and tickets talking about how they're giving more. In reality they're actually giving you less for the twice the amount of money. Anyone can go look at waybackmachine.org to confirm this.

i almost forgot, they have yet to answer the emergency support ticket today in over 8 hours, which is a regular occurrence.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.

Issues of growing but do their best

WebHostPython has always been a brand that keeps its promise. Even now, when they go through the turbulence of upgrading their soft and hardware, they are able to dedicate time to each client and resolve quite complex tasks. Knowing their pressure, we felt a bit lucky to find in their tech support team such a gem as Nikola who, after two weeks of crush and temporary measures, immediately got clever ideas and resolved our issue within two days. That's the partnership we expect, and that's the reason why after five years we are still the loyal customer of WHP.

Outstanding Support!

I have been with Webhostpython for several years - Really happy with the performance. Like any hosting company problems will sometimes occur. Without fail, every time I have put a support ticket in, it has been answered quickly and comprehensivly. Their support is one of the best I have ever experienced. Had a few issues recently after migrating to a new server. They walked me through getting it fixed and did most of the work for me. Outstanding!

my entire reseller account went down…

my entire reseller account went down due to a total server failure. I am now on day 5 with only partial restoration of some of my websites and still no access to my account. They are making excuses about manually restoring each website instead of quickly restoring the server or accounts as a whole. Something is very wrong and they are being neither rsponsive nor truthful when they do.

Disappointing Service ever since new Owner WHG (World Health Group)

My Ticket Reference was: Reference
VGL-056-73857

And my full Direct Admin server is Down for last 3 Days, the only thing that I am getting reply from the support team is

"We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the issue you’re currently experiencing.
It appears that the server issue has not yet been resolved. Our infrastructure team is actively working to resolve this issue as a priority. We appreciate your patience while we work towards this resolution and will continue to monitor the situation."

So Be Careful About Buying hosting from them if you are a new buyer!

been with them for 5 years. so amazed, even after ownership changed. customer service is incredible. I ask them for website help when I'm confused about something and they help me right away...I don't even think they're supposed to help with that front end stuff but they do. Very knowledgeable and willing to solve problems!
