    John Moreland Returns To Bentonville

    John Moreland Returns To Bentonville

Critically acclaimed songwriter John Moreland returns to the Meteor Guitar Gallery in Downtown Bentonville on Thursday, October 27th at 6:00pm, supporting his new album ”Birds In The Ceiling”.

The album’s title track is the graceful closer, pensive, breathtaking, and brimming with hope and gratitude. “The last verse is really about learning not to impose your own essences and projections onto things, and to just let things be what they are,” Moreland says.

This is deep stuff, rife with terrific guitar playing, rather unusual use of sonics, and deep, sometimes troubling lyrics that demand several listens. Moreland’s thoughts though are akin to those of many of us, who don’t possess nearly the kind of talent he has in expressing them. ” – Glide Magazine

Tickets are now on sale for $20 in advance and $25 at the door.
