This doen´t work on WIndows 7...
It opens but sudently is exits

It has a trojan!!! ->scaned with bitdefender

You have mistake on nvidia web site version is NVIDIA PhysX System Software WHQL
Version: 9.09.0121
Release Date: January 30, 2009 my is 9 09 0203 and yours is 9 09 0428 which is right version ???????

Your version of NVIDIA PhysX System Software was released on February 10, 2009: http://www.nvidia.com/object/physx_9.09.0203_whql.html
