To some, I am just a software engineer, but to me, it's part of who I am. It is in my blood to write software that makes the world a better place. From 2019, when I began my Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering at Makerere University, to my graduation in 2023, I gained profound insights into my capabilities within the software industry. During the period from August 2022 to the end of 2023, I discovered that I am a fast learner when I joined Impact Outsourcing as a software developer. Starting as an intern on a data collection project, I consistently beat deadlines and adhered to budgets, showcasing my ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. I have a deep passion for open source and have been actively contributing to Git and NetworkX. These contributions have been invaluable in honing my skills, allowing me to learn powerful software development techniques from experienced engineers. Over the past year (2023) and into this year, I have focused heavily on career development, meeting work targets, and adhering to the best software development practices. My efforts have not only helped my company achieve its goals but also significantly boosted sales and product development. As a result, I have advanced to the position of Senior Lead Software Developer. From 2025 Septemeber to 2027 September, I am pursuing a masters degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering with a focus on Speech Emotion recognition at Kyungpook National University, South Korea under the mentorship of Prof. Han Dong Seog.
Achievements Since 2019:

- Developed and deployed 5 Android mobile applications using Flutter, Laravel, CodeIgniter, and Apache Cordova.
- Developed and deployed 10 web applications, primarily in PHP Laravel.
- Mastered server-side administration using DigitalOcean VPS, focusing on Ubuntu and Apache server.
- Made 2 major contributions to Git open source (including writing a Git signature command).
- Made 3 major contributions to NetworkX open source.
- Chosen among the best 5% Huawei seeds for the future participants (2023), which provided an opportunity for an ICT tour to China's leading tech companies.
