Developing Estelle, a major Alaskan
mineralized district for
gold
antimony
critical minerals
Nova Minerals is a mining exploration and development company focused on advancing its Alaskan district-scale
Estelle Project toward production.
District Scale with Significant Upside
Estelle ranks among the world’s largest undeveloped gold assets and has been independently recognized as one of only nine projects globally with the potential for near-term antimony production.

Multi-Million-Ounce Gold Asset
Situated in Alaska, a tier-one jurisdiction, Estelle hosts four substantial, near-surface, multi-million-ounce, intrusion-related gold deposits. These deposits are defined by thick ore zones that remain open from the surface and feature a low strip ratio, making them highly suitable for large-scale, cost-effective bulk mining using conventional truck-and-shovel methods.
With more than 20 additional gold prospects identified across the district in Alaska’s prolific Tintina gold province, Estelle’s scale and geological potential compare favourably to Kinross Gold’s Fort Knox Mine and other large Alaskan gold projects.
Critical U.S. Supply Chain Asset
The discovery of high-grade surface samples of the critical mineral antimony across multiple prospects within the Estelle project area has led independent resources expert RFC Ambrian to recognize it as one of just nine potentially viable near-term antimony projects globally.
With several of these prospects now drill-ready, Nova intends to begin drilling gold-antimony-rich targets in 2025, with the aim to establish an initial mineral resource estimate for antimony.
Additionally, Nova has applied for grants from the U.S. Department of Defense to potentially expedite the development of its antimony assets toward near-term production.
Commercially Robust Mining Studies
A 2023 JORC scoping study demonstrated strong economic and mining fundamentals for the Estelle project, with a NPV5% of US$654M, an IRR of 53%, and a Life of Mine AISC of US$1,149, based on a gold price of US$1,850 per ounce. The study’s sensitivity analysis further highlighted an NPV5% of US$942M at a gold price of US$1,980 per ounce, utilizing just 23% of the resource in the production profile.
Nova is currently progressing with a Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS) to explore strategies for achieving early production, considering options such as a high-grade starter mine at RPM, an expanded project incorporating Korbel, or potentially a standalone gold-antimony operation at Stibium.
