最近では「アルムナイ採用」という言葉もすっかり定着してきましたよね。

実はLifunextにも、アルムナイがいるんです！

①Lifunextから別の会社に転職をしたけれど戻ってきた者
②退職を決意したけれど有給消化中にやっぱりLifunextで働きたいと思い退職を撤回した者
③Lifunextの選考途中で他の会社に意思決定し入社したものの、再度転職活動をするなかでLifunextを選んだ者

②と③に関しては「アルムナイ」という意味合いではないかもしれないですが、企業としても一度離れた人が再び戻ってきてくれるというのは、嬉しいことなのではないでしょうか。

今回の記事では、Lifunextから一度離れたあと再び戻るという選択をした時・ひょん・糸田川の3名にインタビューを行い、出戻りした理由や一度Lifunextを離れると決めたからこそ感じたことなどを聞きました！

時：2006年にデジタルマーケティング会社へ入社し、広告業界でのキャリアをスタートさせました。ただ、バリスタに憧れを持ったこともあり、大手コーヒーチェーンへ異業種転職することになります。一日の始まりや仕事の休憩時間など、お客様の生活の一部になることにやりがいを感じていましたが、広告への思いが強くなり2011年に前々職とは異なるデジタルマーケティング会社に移りました。

その後、2018年にLifunextへ加わり、SEMからSNS領域まで幅広く担当させていただき、オペレーション部門のマネージャーを任されていました。現在は『スペシャリスト』という役職を任せていただいています。

ひょん：2018年にグローバルITベンチャーへ入社し、インサイドセールスを担当していました。そこではBtoBやBtoCに対して提案を行っていましたが、次第にお客様との向き合い方に疑問を感じ、転職を決意。

その後、一社を経て、ポテンシャル採用という形で2019年にLifunextへ入社しました。

未経験から広告コンサルタントとして入社しましたが、2年目以降からはリーダーとしてマネジメント業務を行いつつWeb広告の運用から提案まで一気通貫で携わっていました。

2023年にLifunextを離れ大手広告代理店へ転職。大型案件に携わるメディアプランナーとしてディレクション業務をメインで行っていましたが、2024年に再びLifunextに戻りました。
