Request Expired
You probably see this error message because you clicked your browser’s Back button and returned to a previous, already completed login step. Other reasons for the request expired message may include the following:
- You have accidentally added the login page to your browser’s bookmarks instead of the actual target site/service (e.g. Moodle, Flamma etc.).
- You have clicked a link created by another user who also linked to the login page instead of the service.
- You have opened several browser tabs at the same time (e.g. tabs that were saved to your browser from a previous session) and you attempted to log in to a service (e.g. Moodle, Flamma etc.) later, due to which your login request to the service expired.
If the problem reoccurs, you can try logging in to the service in your browser’s incognito mode or using another browser. If the issue persists, please contact IT Helpdesk.
