I just commented that VirusTotal marks it as a trojan on one test instance and flags it in another.
I tried it with "Cozy Twinkie For Windows (LATEST)"

Yes, In the latest update while you are playing, press the pause icon and you will find a button that says “characters” then press it and it will change the character to Flippy
