The fast fix: in WP Rocket or LiteSpeed Cache, exclude /wp-content/plugins/sureforms/ from Delay/Defer and do not delay jquery-core. If the form page is full-page cached, exclude that URL from HTML cache first. That clears a lot of “button does nothing” tickets.
Mail issues are rarely the plugin itself. They usually come from local PHP mail. I fix that by routing notifications through WP Mail SMTP, then testing admin alerts and user autoresponders separately.
Activation, updates, real-life use
