This plugin add’s a simple cookie wall to comply with Dutch Cookie-laws. This plugin can be used when there is not ‘light’ version available of the website without cookies and 3rd-party embeds.

Installatie

  1. Upload the plugin files to the /wp-content/plugins/cookie-wall directory, or install the plugin through the WordPress plugins screen directly.
  2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ screen in WordPress
  3. Create a page with the desired cookie notice text. And save the ID for step 4.
  4. Use the Settings->Cookie Wall screen to configure the plugin

Hoe zit het met Google?

Deze plugin target alleen een browser op basis van de user-agent. De meeste spiders en robots (zoals WhatsApp/Telegram voorbeelden, Facebook deel voorbeeld, etc) krijgen geen cookie muur te zien. Op deze manier kan er geindexeerd worden zonder interruptie.
