Last week, we hosted our second annual employee Pinstack event, bringing our teams across the organization together for an evening of connection and collaboration. From bowling and arcade games to great conversation over Mexican food, the event was a fun opportunity to step away from the day-to-day and strengthen the relationships that drive our success. 🕹️ At Brink’s, we believe our people are at the heart of everything we do, and moments like these help reinforce the culture that powers our teams around the world. #TeamBrinks

National Defense Transportation Day was established in 1957 to recognize the critical role transportation plays in national security, economic stability, and the ability to move essential resources when it matters most. A strong transportation network is more than infrastructure. It’s resilience. This day highlights the role transportation plays in keeping people, businesses, and communities moving. At Brink’s, we see this every day. Transportation is not just a service. It’s at the core of how businesses operate and grow. Because at the end of the day, everything depends on it.

Strong execution continues at Brink’s. We delivered 10% revenue growth, led by 15% organic growth in AMS and DRS, and reached a major milestone with $1B in trailing‑twelve‑month adjusted EBITDA—the first in our history. We also generated record trailing-twelve-month free cash flow over half a billion dollars, reflecting sustainable improvements to cash generation. Supported by a strong first quarter, we remain on track to achieve our 2026 framework with mid‑single digit organic revenue growth, mid‑ to high‑teens AMS/DRS growth, adjusted EBITDA margin expansion, and 40–45% free cash flow conversion. Our transformational acquisition of NCR Atleos remains on track for closing by the end of Q1 2027. Brink’s remains focused on disciplined execution, profitable growth, and long‑term value creation as we navigate volatile market conditions.

For H.N. Funkhouser’s 20 convenience stores, improving bank efficiency came down to flexibility. Its previous cash handling vendor had an exclusive relationship with a financial institution, but the company wanted to see if other banks could provide a better deal. Brink’s brought the company $50,000 per year in savings from bank fees. Watch the video and read the full case study below for more details. https://lnkd.in/g7rMMrVx
