Under ELEC regulations, the maximum contribution amount allowable to the Builders Political Action Committee (BPAC)from an individual, corporation, or association is $$15,200 per year. Contributions or gifts to political organizations are not

deductible as charitable contributions in accordance with Internal Revenue Code 6113.

Contributions received from an individual require BPAC to report their name, home address, occupation,
employer and employer’s address.
