Software lets teams change how millions live and work - I build those teams. The teams I've led ship robust solutions fast and hold together over time. Currently, I am the co-founder and CTO of bont, a Swiss AI startup in the sales space.

At bont, I've launched three products, each in months, and built the engineering culture to support this rapid development process. During this time, I also built the engineering organization for a consultancy entering SaaS for the first time, delivering enterprise HR products to major global brands: one product in just over a year, another zero to MVP in three.

I'm the creator and one of the maintainers of the Kit Framework, a lightweight, modular framework for scalable production systems.

In a former life, I lived in Canada where I was the Vice President of Technology at Synqrinus, and Director of the non-profit Clojure/north.

I've also worked on various projects for companies such as Allianz Partners, The Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids), Canuck Place Children's Hospice, and Magenta Health.
