I like the goal live better for longer. Having a positive health routine is great but if you are so focused on a routine at the expense of having inspiring and joyful life experiences then I don’t think you are living better for longer. You are just attempting to live for longer.
Why do I grind out workouts, sleep well, purposefully eat and drink and walk everyday? So I have the confidence and capacity to enjoy and participate in travel.
Since the beginning of December I have been travelling in New Zealand and Australia experience mountains, beaches and rainforests. Here are a few pictures that capture the trip so far. This is why I do the work.
As you head into the new year think about the why that inspires and ignites your motivation to live better for longer.
