NextLoad Australia Monthly Prize Draw Rules

1. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to all carriers who hold an active membership with NextLoad Australia at the time of the draw.
  • Participants must be 18 years or older and residents of Australia.
  • Employees of NextLoad and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

2. Entry Conditions

  • Each new monthly membership or renewal purchased counts as one entry per draw.
  • Memberships must be current and fully paid at the time of the draw.
  • Cancellations, refunds, or expired subscriptions will void eligibility.

3. Prize

  • The prize is a $500 cash voucher (AUD).
  • The voucher will be issued as an electronic transfer, gift card, or equivalent at NextLoad Australia’s discretion.
  • The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.

4. Draw Details

  • Draws are conducted monthly at NextLoad Australia’s head office.
  • Winners will be selected at random using a verifiable randomisation method.
  • Winners will be notified by phone/email within 7 days of the draw.
  • Winner names may be published on NextLoad Australia’s website and/or social media channels.

5. General Conditions

  • NextLoad reserves the right to verify eligibility, including subscription status and identity.
  • If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days, a re-draw will occur.
  • NextLoad reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if circumstances arise outside its control.
  • The promoter’s decision is final and binding.

  • The competition may be subject to additional state/territory permit requirements if prize pools exceed regulatory thresholds.
