1.5 Intellectual Property
All content on Netversity.io, including but not limited to courses, videos, text,
graphics, logos, and software, is the property of IBFNet or its content providers
and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright laws.

1.6 User Content
By submitting content to our platform, you grant IBFNet a non-exclusive,
royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection
with our services.

1.7 Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express
or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure,
or error-free.

1.8 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, IBFNet shall not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from
your use of our services.

1.9 Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for
violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

1.10 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes
shall be resolved in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

SECTION 4: REFUND POLICY

4.1 Digital Products and Courses
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are handled as follows:

Full Refund (within 7 days of purchase):

• You have not accessed more than 20% of the course content
• You have not downloaded any course materials
• You have not received a certificate of completion

Partial Refund (within 14 days of purchase):

• You have accessed between 20-50% of the course content
• A 50% refund may be issued at our discretion

No Refund:

• More than 14 days have passed since purchase
• You have accessed more than 50% of the course content
• You have downloaded course materials
• You have received a certificate of completion
• The course was purchased at a promotional/discounted price (unless otherwise stated)

4.2 Subscription Services

• Monthly subscriptions: Cancel anytime; no refund for the current billing period
• Annual subscriptions: Pro-rated refund available within the first 30 days if
  less than 25% of content has been accessed

4.3 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

2. Include your order number and reason for refund
3. Allow 5-7 business days for review
4. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days

4.4 Payment Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends
on your financial institution.

4.5 Exceptions
IBFNet reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case
basis. Decisions are final.

4.6 Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues preventing access to purchased content,
contact [email protected]. We will work to resolve the issue or provide
appropriate compensation.
