Purpose
This guide describes how to transition your Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) services to Netrix Global.
Audience
Microsoft 365 tenant administrators with the Global Admin role.
Note: If you are not a Global Admin, provide this guide to the appropriate administrator to complete the authorization.
To protect your tenant, ensure multi-factor authentication (MFA) is on for all administrator accounts before completing the steps below. If you have already enabled MFA, proceed to step 1.
We recommend you follow Microsoft’s instructions for MFA Enablement.
Click the link below to review your Billing Account details. If needed, update your profile. Changes may take up to 5 minutes to reflect in your account.
Once you’ve completed Step 1, click the following link to authorize Netrix Global to be your Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider and accept the Microsoft Customer Agreement.
This link will take you directly to the Microsoft Partner Relationship page, where you’ll see a button labeled “Accept Netrix Partnership.” Click the button to authorize the relationship.
Note: You must have Global Admin permissions to accept the relationship.
