What hardware do you need?
You don’t have to buy your hardware from us. Your hardware needs depend on what you already have – and the needs of your business. NemPOS works on a tablet or other touch device with internet access.
You can of course buy a screen, printer, etc. from us if you wish. We offer both hardware package solutions and individual products.

What is a browser-based POS system?
Our POS system makes it possible to register sales digitally. The fact that NemPOS is browser-based means that the system itself works in a browser.
This means that the system works on various touch devices with internet connection.With a browser-based POS system you can access our system on, for example, your own tablet. You can of course also use the POS system on a more classic checkout setup.
What are the advantages of using NemPOS?
With a digital POS system, you get fast transactions and an overview of your business and sales statistics.
NemPOS is designed to work seamlessly on most modern touch devices – also your own iPad or other tablet. You and your staff can get started quickly, thanks to the system’s simple and intuitive interface.
NemPOS fully complies with the legal requirements for POS systems – including the latest regulations effective from January 2024.
NemPOS integrates smoothly with other tools – such as takeaway system, table booking system, accounting software, and staff scheduling – that you may already be using in everyday life.
Our digital POS system gives you a complete overview, allowing you to spend more time on other parts of your business while minimizing sales errors. It provides valuable insights into your sales data, helping you optimize your business performance.
Which hardware is required to use the POS system?
Your hardware requirements depend on your needs and on the hardware you already have.
If you want receipts printed directly from the system, you will need at minimum a compatible printer, a print box, and a screen device with internet access – for example, your own tablet. If you already have a compatible printer, of course you don’t need to purchase one from us.
How much does the POS system cost?
We offer different plans for our POS system. With either option, you can get started quickly and start using the system right away.
For many businesses, being able to print receipts directly at the point of sale is ideal. For these businesses, we recommend our Standard plan. This package also allows you to connect a payment terminal. If you want more functionality for restaurants, such as splitting the bill, table plan etc. we recommend our Medium plan.
Our free version, FREE, is a simple solution for those with limited needs – for example, if you don’t require receipt printing at the point of sale. The FREE package is also a great way to try out the system for a period before making a potential switch.
Of course, we’re happy to advise you on which solution is best suited for your business.
Does NemPOS comply with the 2024 POS legislation?
You may have heard that there was a change in the legislation regarding sales registration systems starting in January 2024. This applies to cafes, pubs, nightclubs, pizzerias, grill bars, ice cream shops, grocery stores, kiosks, and restaurants.
It is now mandatory for certain industries to use a digital sales registration system from January 2024.
NemPOS has been developed to comply fully with the legislation in this area. The system is built using the standard SAF-T file format, so you can feel completely safe.
These legislative changes are part of a political agreement, aimed at addressing unregistered sales to avoid paying taxes or VAT. The initiative is expected to improve the ability to detect errors and fraud in the sector.
Does NemPOS integrate with my accounting software?
Currently, NemPOS integrates with the accounting systems e-conomic, Dinero and Uniconta. We are constantly working to expand our integrations to meet demand in this area.
As part of our paid packages, you can use the accounting software integration. The system synchronizes automatically every day, transferring your POS reports directly to your accounting program.
With the integration to e-conomic and our invoicing module, you can also send invoice data directly from NemPOS to e-conomic.
What support options are available if I use NemPOS?
Our POS system is designed so that you can handle most tasks yourself, such as making changes to products and similar updates.
We continuously add support videos and guides to help you get the most out of the system, available 24/7.
If you encounter issues that you cannot resolve on your own, our support team is, of course, ready to assist you. We offer standard support via email and phone on weekdays from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
In addition, we provide phone support for operational issues everyday.
