Killing this character: It takes a god to defeat him on a bad day, and an ascended being to actually kill him in VP2. So if you can somehow manage this, you probably earned it.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: He's good enough at putting on a mental block that he offered to let a valkyrie read him while he's pretending to be a good person, until he heard her say that she can read all the way to his past lives or things that he's extremely attached to, then he withdrew his offer. So... unless your character can read to that extent, odds are he'll catch you and you won't even see anything.
