Once again for 1 week in June I will be joining 139 other Ténéré riders to take part in the Ténéré Travel Trophy. This time we will be heading north, starting in Denmark and crossing to Sweden before finishing in Norway. If the previous 2 editions are anything to go by, then this is going to be another amazing trip, and this is Scandinavia, the scenery is going to be stunning.

We had a lot of rain on this trip, even Croatia was wetter then usual for the time of year. But, the organisation once again did a fantastic job and we had a great time. Roads and trails were outstanding, even if I did skip a couple of days due to the weather. I did manage to ride the trails in universe on my way back through Croatia.

The Tenere Travel Trophy may be over but I am still in Croatia. Today I got to ride the ACT Croatia trail from near Knin to Rijeka.

Today it was like another world. I actually woke up to blue skies and sunshine. It was the final day and I had decided this was to be an early start.

Yesterday when we arrived the weather was great, I even managed to dry some gear out. Later that evening though, it started raining.

Packing up and getting ready to leave was again done in the rain, and I left the campsite in wet weather gear expecting the worst.

Day 2 - Out of Austria

Arriving at the campsite in Austria, the weather wasn’t too bad. But it wasn’t long before the rain arrived, and it was a lot of rain.

Off-roading in Germany and Austria is strictly controlled. So the aim of today is to get through Germany and Austria as fast as possible.

Day 0 - Ténéré Experience

The first day after arrival on the Ténéré Travel Trophy is the Ténéré Experience. At a motocross track near the campsite routes of different terrain are marked out.
