Yes, you can pay by check or ACH. Before you complete your registration, select the appropriate payment option. Then contact membership@ncrc.org with your full name and registration confirmation number to receive an invoice or receipt.

Refunds are allowed until April 4, 2026. After the deadline passes, refunds will not be issued. However, tickets can be transferred to another attendee. Requests for refunds and ticket transfers must be submitted via email to membership@ncrc.org. Please include your full name, registration confirmation number, and contact info in your email.

If you are unable to make changes to specific fields or have any issues paying your outstanding balance, please contact membership@ncrc.org.

Business casual is recommended for all sessions and evening activities.

The conference app will go live 3 weeks before the event. Keep an eye out for emails from NCRC with instructions on how to download the app. By using the app, you can conduct workshop evaluations, view vital conference information, and connect with your fellow attendees.
