Buyer Beware.... I purchased this program to ease my job as a trucker. I downloaded the trial and tested it. i felt that it was a great program for what i needed it for. when i finally got the full version i began to enter my data from past trips. i discovered that the program is very buggy. to give an example; the accounting part gives an option for automatic entry of fixed expenses and it give the option to used dispatched mile. the problem is that dispatch mile for this program is only apply to loaded miles not deadhead (these are also dispatched in my accounting)..so the accounting is off, with no remedy except to enter it manually. the problem with this is that when you hit save..it erases all manually entered items, so there is no way to correct this. i tried to do my maintenance account this way, but i also included deadhead miles. the program also doesn't allow you to close out the week month..etc, so one mistake and you'll spend hours finding what went wrong when the figures changes. also all the data entered and only 3/4 of it can be printed so you have an incomplete hardcopy. when i called up tech support to inquire about these problem, they removed my account portion of it and told me they were having issues and that they are temporary removing it till it can be fixed in about a month or two. this leaves me with an incredibly expensive notepad. i went back to the website late and found no notice of this. at present i retired this program from my computer and began using excel, and DDL, which work far better than i was left with (but it requires more work to enter data). i do not recommend this program. i wish that they beta tested this program a bit further, because i feel that this would have been a great program, it is very easy to use, great price and the results are right in front of you. but errors in accounting is a business killer, so its worthless to me.
