Think beyond bananas when adding potassium to your meals. Leafy greens, potatoes, squash and sweet potatoes bring variety and nutrients to your plate. Try roasting, blending or baking these vegetables for easy, flavorful ways to diversify meals. Mix them into soups, salads, and dishes daily.

I am a builder. I build things for civilization and human knowledge. Like the nearly 50,000 free open source books now available at books.brightlearn.ai

Trump is a destroyer. He destroys things. The people who support Trump are also destroyers. They constantly speak of killing, bombing, maiming, sanctioning and destroying the things that matter.

In our world, one of the most important choices you have to make is: Are you a BUILDER, or a DESTROYER?

Be a builder. Build open source. Contribute to a world of knowledge, freedom and compassion.

And pray that we can build faster than the destroyers can destroy. Because they are committed to absolute apocalyptic destruction at this point.

After the Nazi war crimes of World War II, German citizens felt SHAME for generations. Even to this day, the haunting legacy of the pure evil that German society pushed into power still resonates with the world, more than 80 years later.

What Trump and Hegseth are doing right now will cast a "shadow of shame" over the American people for a century or longer, once they come to their senses and realize the depth of war crimes being deliberately carried out. The bombing of hundreds of schools and universities. Open support for Genocide against Palestinians. The deliberate wrecking of civilian infrastructure in Iran. Piracy of oil tankers on the high seas. The wielding of SWIFT and tariffs as economic weapons of mass destruction against over a billion civilians across our planet... these are tactics of evil men, shamelessly burned into history in real time as we are watching it unfold, with horror.

May the future have mercy on those of us who recognized, in the present, the horrifying abuses of power and shocking disregard for human life now exhibited daily by Donald Trump, Pete Hegseth, Marco Rubio and other war U.S. criminals... who will hopefully face war crimes tribunals as America one day comes to terms with the crimes against humanity being carried out in the name of the (broken) American empire.
