🌐 NativeSync Chat — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using NativeSync Chat ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

NativeSync Chat provides a real-time translation chat widget for websites. The Service translates messages between website visitors and shop owners using automated translation technology.

3. Plans and Pricing

• Free Plan: 100 translated messages per month. Widget displays "Powered by NativeSync Chat" branding.
• Pro Plan ($29/month): Unlimited translated messages. White-label (no branding). Billed monthly via PayPal.

4. Subscriptions

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew. You may cancel at any time from the Dashboard Settings page. After cancellation, Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal activities or to transmit harmful content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or redistribute the widget code.
• Abuse the free plan by creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.
• Use automated tools to flood the Service with messages.

6. Translation Accuracy

Translations are provided by automated machine translation (DeepL). While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that translations are error-free. The Service should not be used for legally binding or safety-critical communications.

7. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described therein.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances beyond our control.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL NATIVESYNC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
