Can NAPPS handle the entire launch process for me?

How can I promote my app so my audience can download it?

Use Napps Capture Kit, a suite of mobile app marketing tools. Note that you can achieve organic downloads with this tool or create Meta and Google download campaigns.

Does NAPPS provide analytics? Or a way to see if customers are using it?

Yes, you’ll have access to analytics on customer behavior, conversions, and campaign performance.

What kind of support do you offer?

We offer a full Help Center, email support, and chat support. Higher-tier plans also include priority assistance & Whatsapp support for quicker answers.

Will NAPPS help me publish my app?

Yes! We do the entire submission process for both the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Ensure that you have invited Napps as admin in your accounts.

Does Napps support multi-currencies and Markets?

Yes, it reflects your Shopify Markets in every plan. If you need to have different layouts per markets you need to have the Enterprise plan.

What types of push notifications can you send?

Unlimited notifications, including scheduled and automated campaigns. Products and collections can be added to the notification as a trigger.

Can I use other Shopify Apps to take the most of my app?

Use the Integrations Dashboard to connect other Shopify apps with your app.

Will my mobile app have Napps branding?

Napps is a white-label solution with no Napps branding.

What if I already have a mobile app?

Napps offers migration and updating of your current app. You will not lose any download.

What do I need before launching my app?

A Shopify Store, then you will need to choose if launch on your Google Account (25$ on-time fee) and Apple Developer Account (99$/year) or if you want to launch on NAPPS accounts.

How long does it take to get my app live?

Many merchants have their apps live in under two weeks. The timing mainly depends on setting up your Apple and Google developer accounts and the app store review process.

Do I need coding skills to build my app?

No, you don’t need any coding skills to build an app with Napps. The platform is designed to be intuitive, offering a seamless drag-and-drop interface that makes app creation straightforward and efficient.

Do I need to manage my app separately from my Shopify store?

No. NAPPS is fully integrated with Shopify and have the Built For Shopify badge, so you can manage your app as an extension of your store. Manage everything products, prices, orders, and customers inside Shopify, and just come to your app to highlight them on your layout (if needed).

What Shopify integrations are supported?

NAPPS integrates with popular Shopify features like Markets, Subscriptions, Search and more. As well with apps and tools for loyalty, reviews, wishlists, analytics, and more. Including Klaviyo, Judge.me, Growave, and many others.

Does NAPPS support Shopify Markets and multiple currencies?

How does NAPPS connect to my Shopify store?

NAPPS has real-time synchronization with your Shopify store. Products, collections, inventory, orders, customer data, metafields, metaobjects and translations stay fully up-to-date, automatically.

Can I change plans or cancel anytime?

Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan whenever you want. There is no contract.

Are there any extra fees?

No, there is no extra fees charged by Napps. The only additional fees are the Apple and Google developer account fees, which are required by the app stores.

Is there a free trial?

Yes, you will be able to use and test everything until you want to pick a plan and launch the mobile app. It can take the time you need to be sure what plan to pick.

How much does NAPPS cost?

Usual Objections

I currently have a contract with the provider I’m using for the mobile app, when it finish we can talk.

No worry, you can change you provider to NAPPS right now and NAPPS will not charge you anything until the contract ends.

NAPPS don't have the integrations I need.

Every integration that NAPPS has is asked by customers, so you just need to tell them what you need and they will take care of that.

What about custom features? I need something they don't have.

NAPPS can build that features for you. They have two possibilities, for one side, if that feature is something that they can do a generic version for all customers, like components, modules or integrations, they will not charge you for that. If instead is something just built for you, they are open to negotiate that, can be an increase of your subscription or a one time payment, depending on the maintenance needed.

Support? Will we have support when something happens?

You will have 24/7 support with NAPPS. They are very close to their customers and you will have access to whatsapp support. So, you will get your answers and doubts resolved asap. If you prefer other communication channel they are open to have it.

What's the difference of a webapp and native one?

A webapp is literally a copy of your website inserted into a mobile app. So you will lose all the advantages regarding performance. All the content you have on your website will be replicated into the webapp. If you build it with NAPPS, you will have a native app where you can have exclusive content, exclusive products and collections and do different marketing stuff for your app. Those strategies will be amazing for your best customers and will make you increase your retention rate. Usually brand with webapps have it just to say that they have a mobile app, losing interesting in that channel few months after it, a native one increase the weight in your store total sales.

What's the difference between and website optimized for mobile and a mobile app? None!

There are a lot of differences. You should have the best optimization for mobile and a mobile app. First, they are two different sales channels. My team is full with work and a mobile app/new sales channel will complicate them, I'm afraid that is not the time for it.

We understand your point, but NAPPS is very connected into Shopify, is like an extension of it. Every change you make on your Backoffice will be ready on NAPPS: You just need to send notifications a new communication channel (they have some automated too) and make some changes on app design. I don't know which is the perfect plan for me? they are very complex to understand? And I don´t want to take into a unnecessary cost.

Don't worry about that, NAPPS will help you understand every plan detail and will suggest you the best one considering your needs. Even if you feel that you can left some need for the future and go into a smaller plan, you are able to upgrade and downgrade every time you want. There is no contact, you can left NAPPS when you feel is your time.

I will not be the owner of the mobile app, what happen if I need to change provider?

Napps will launch your app on your Google and Apple account to guarantee that if you need to change the provider you will not loose downloads, when it is ready to launch on the new provider they just need to upload it as a new update. You will maintain your downloads and your customer will not suffer from it.
