Anyone can do this random things in any program, the fact that Nanopro has no clear manual as all the other recent software is very irritating matter. I read the manual like three times and still can't add a new motors to my software. When they sell you the product they tell you it is user friendly for non-experts but it is all rubbish. I am wasting so much time on this matter that I am starting to regret not going to better more expensive competitors that have better documentation and Labview compatible. Anyway I am waiting for the customer service to provide help for their non-expert friendly plug in and drive. And based on that I will come back here to say whether it is worth buying motors form Nanotec or not.
