Dienstverleningscontracten

Service Engineers

At TASKI our goal is to fix your machine first time. We pride ourselves our first time fix rates. Unlike others, just attending quickly means nothing to you if the engineer can’t fix the machine.
In addition to generously stocked vans with spare parts TASKI engineers are amongst the highest trained & qualified engineers in the industry.
Using innovative technology in our machines means we equip our TASKI engineers with the latest laptops & diagnostic equipment. Sophisticated TASKI machines can be damaged by unqualified & ill-equipped personnel. One more reason to only buy TASKI approved service.
In these challenging times when its just not possible for our TASKI engineers to be there in person we can call upon our remote access & diagnostics capability to keep your machine working.
All our TASKI engineers are trained to service to the highest engineering and safety standards. This includes our comprehensive 25 Point Service Checklist.
Our regional & country TCS Teams are kept up to date by our global centre of engineering excellence TASKI Global Technical Services (GTS) based in Switzerland.
