2025 State of Hispanic Homeownership Report

2025 was a record-breaking year for Hispanic homeownership, with Latino households adding 441,000 new homeowners to reach a historic 10.2 million, the largest annual gain on record at a time when most other groups declined. Hispanics also drove 92.6 percent of new household formation, and while the market is adjusting with longer sales timelines and more concessions, demand remains strong for homes under $350,000 where supply continues to fall short.
