1. If you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment time, a cancellation fee of ₹1180 will apply. However, if you re-book within 1 month, this amount will be adjusted towards your new booking.
2. If you cancel between 12 to 24 hours of your appointment time, 50% of ₹1180 will be refunded.
3. If you cancel more than 24 hours of your appointment time, you will receive a full refund.
On Website & On Service call
Yes, there is a minimum booking amount of Rs.1180 incl of GST. You can pay the balance amount after the service.
If the revisit happens within 3.5 weeks from piercing day, there will be no charges incurred.
If it's beyond 3.5 weeks, Rs.600 will be applicable as revisit charges which has to be directly paid to the Sunar visiting you.
Yes, Rs.1180 incl of 18% GST will be applicable for change of earrings.
No, buyback option for mySunar earrings is applicable only when you purchase a new mySunar earrings.
