Analyse DNA sequences on your iPhone. MySequence loads and displays .abi, .ab1, or .scf files, a file format commonly used in DNA sequencing. If you are getting your sequencing results as zipped mail attachments, MySequence has you covered as well. MySequence stores and organises your sequencing files and allows you to synch your sequencing files across all your devices The app allows viewing and editing of the raw data, extracts the DNA sequence and base positions, translates the DNA sequence into an amino acid sequence of the desired frame and allows export of sequence, translation and a high-quality PDF report via email, AirPrint or to other iPhone - iPad applications. MySequence also opens and analyses Next-Generation Sequencing data (FastQ format) to check the result and quality of your reaction directly on you mobile device.
