They have great staff; our assigned property manager, Leidy was on the ball, very capable, knows how to deal with people, worked weekends and off-hours, is no-nonsense, yet has a gentle human approach, and has many connections within the community because of her approach to problems- which is what property management is all about, after all> If there weren't any problems, we wouldn't need a property managment company. I gave them 4 stars because their financial reporting was a mess with our community(which they acknowledged), and despite our giving them ample time(almost a year) to fix the problems they couldn't (or wouldn't..they stonewalled). So we regretably had to fire them, and lose the very valuable and treasured Leidy.

I dont have a long experience because this Management started with KLEP a little more than a year ago, nevertheless I find out a lot of info regarding yor company across Google
