Posted on Valentina Veloz Blanco Brad provided an exceptional swim lesson experience for my daughter. His professionalism was evident from start to finish, making us feel completely at ease around the pool. Thanks to his expertise and attention to safety, we now have full confidence in our daughter's swimming abilities. Additionally, after just two days, she was having so much fun, eagerly looking forward to each class. We highly recommend Brad's lessons to anyone looking for top-notch instruction in a safe and supportive environment."Posted on Tatianna Harshman Brad is the absolute best instructor for kiddos. My almost 2 year old son is super strong both physical and just plain out strong willed like most toddlers. He started off just not confident in the water and would cause a big fuss but week after week watching his progression was nothing short of amazing, and it really was all thanks to Brads patience and incredible attentiveness. From the first day you just know Brad knows exactly what he’s doing with all kids and more importantly he truly loves his work. He established a true bond with my son and made sure he felt secure and it really reflected every day. My son went from flailing and screaming in the pool to absolute confidence and happiness in his abilities to now SWIM! I can’t say enough about how truly caring Brad is for his students and overall just a great person to have around your kids. I will refer him to everyone I know with kids his work is so important and we are so grateful.Posted on Deepalakshmi Babu Venkateswaran Brad is amazing. Our son went from very scared near water to enjoy swimming in 2 sessions. Brad made our son feel comfortable and he was really patient. The sessions are short 10 mins, which works greatPosted on Kirsten Bruner We had a remarkable experience with Brad. I was hesitant to try ISR with my older children, but really wish I would have gone the ISR route. My daughter adjusted to the swim lessons within a couple days and after that, she really took to it and learned how to get to her back to float and get to the wall. She loves the water now! Brad's techniques work. He is kind and knowledgeable. Water safety is important. We're so thankful we found him.Posted on Carly Keene Highly recommend! Coach Brad was an amazing teacher to our two year old! The first two days were rough. Something clicked after that and our little guy transformed into a swimmer. It was amazing to watch! He was genuinely excited for every lesson. We finished lessons a month ago and he’s still asking about Coach Brad! Worth the money!Posted on Daleanna Miller Our 18 month old loves the water! We love this but it also concerned us due to how dangerous it can be. We found Coach Brad, My Baby Swims, through all of the positive reviews and he delivered 100%. He takes a serious and fun approach to ensuring each child learns the skills needed to self-rescue. He’s transparent about the process and works with the comfort level of both the child and parents. Our son has progressed in a way we never knew was possible for his age. He’s confident in the water and has adapted the skills Coach Brad teaches to get himself to a safe place when needed. HIGHLY recommend! Reach out in advance and get on the list.Posted on ryan halper Coach Brad was an amazing teacher for our two-year-old twins! From day one he helped them to feel comfortable and confident in the water and we were amazed at how quickly their swimming skills improved! We could not recommend Coach Brad more highly. Do it, it’s worth it!Posted on Zsuzsanna dr. Klára Ben is a really professional coach and an amazing, kind person. Very friendly with the little ones and if a kid has a rough night, a little cold or just a bit off, he shapes the lesson based on the kid's actual wellbeing. My son learned a lot, it was wonderful to watch how much he was able to achieve in such a short time. He was always looking forward to the lessons, had a great time. I am very glad we choose to work with Ben.Posted on Melissa Marquez Brad is the best swim instructor! My 1 year old daughter is now floating thanks to him. Brad Hurvitz
Hello there! My name is Brad Hurvitz and I’ve been teaching ISR swim lessons in San Diego for the past 7 years. I’ve taught more than 1,000 children to swim, float and self-rescue in the pool. I come to the pool everyday with a smile on my face because I feel extremely lucky to spend my time teaching children one of the most important skills in life. Every child is my top priority and I do everything in my power to ensure they are successful and the entire family has a positive experience during lessons. Prior to teaching ISR swimming lessons to babies and toddlers. I graduated from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo and received an MBA from Oregon State University. Spending my time helping others has always been a priority to me. In 2009 I ventured to rural India to teach at a boarding school for 5 months, shortly after I started a nonprofit company (Trek to Teach) that improves the educational opportunities for students in the rural Himalayas of Nepal. Combining my passions of helping others and swimming were simple to do once I watched a local ISR Instructor teach my niece. Her skills progressed quickly and her confidence flourished. I knew that I wanted to learn the ISR process and become an Instructor.

Baye Hatcher
Hello! My name is Baye Hatcher and swimming has always been a significant part of my life! I began swimming competitively at an early age and continued through college, competing at the NCAA II level for Lindenwood University. My passion for aquatics and helping others heavily influenced my studies, I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation with double minors in Adapted Sport & Recreation and Psychology. Throughout my career in aquatics, I instructed private and group swim lessons to a variety of ages and abilities through the Disabled Athlete Sports Association (DASA), as well as competitive swim team coaching for a variety of ages and levels; specifically leading beginner-level ages 6 to 12 years old. There is no better feeling than helping others develop confidence and joy in the water! I feel beyond grateful to give back to the aquatics community as it has truly molded me into the person I am today. I look forward to meeting you and guiding your little one through the ISR program!
